Where compassion becomes a way of life.
Some journeys begin quietly — not with a grand plan, but with a simple act of love. For me, it began with a dog.
Cooking that extra bowl of food every day, tending to a wagging tail waiting at the door, and slowly realizing that love doesn’t end where your home does — it spills over, across streets, shelters, and every pair of eyes that silently asks for kindness. What started as care for one became care for many — injured, abandoned, voiceless beings who only needed someone to stop, notice, and help.
Over the years, those small moments grew into something larger than I ever imagined. My kitchen became a small kitchen of hope — where food made for my pet was also shared with strays who had no one else. What began as a personal bond with dogs turned into a deep connection with all animals — each one a story of survival, trust, and quiet resilience.
That journey of compassion became the soul of Swarnika Earthkinship Foundation (SEF).
The foundation carries the name of my daughter, Swarnika, who, at just 12 years old, has already spent more than half her life carrying this legacy of love. Her gentle hands, her questions, her empathy — they remind me that kindness, when nurtured early, can shape generations. Naming the trust after her isn’t just a gesture; it’s a promise — that this love, this mission, will continue to live and grow through her.
SEF was born from the belief that compassion has no boundaries — that caring for animals, people, and the planet are all threads of the same fabric of humanity.
We are starting our journey with Animal Welfare — rescuing the injured, feeding the hungry, and healing the broken. With time, we aim to grow our reach to include Green and Alternate Energy initiatives, promoting a cleaner and kinder environment, and offering Emergency Medical Support to people below the poverty line — ensuring that help and hope reach those who need it most.
At the heart of everything we do lies one simple truth: every life matters.
To create a world where empathy guides action — where animals are safe, nature is respected, and every person in need finds care and dignity.
We dream of building a compassionate community — of people who choose to give rather than look away, who see animals as fellow beings, not lesser ones, and who wish to live in harmony with the earth that sustains us.
But this dream cannot be built alone. It needs hearts that care, hands that help, and voices that speak for the voiceless.
At Swarnika Earthkinship Foundation, we are more than a trust — we are a growing family of people who believe that love, when shared, can heal the world.
